不同砧木对“醉金香”葡萄生长及果实品质的影响

摘  要:
为了了解不同砧木对"醉金香"葡萄生长及果实品质的影响,通过在3个砧木品种"贝达"、"华佳8号"和"SO4"上分别嫁接"醉金香",观测葡萄的生长指标和果实品质。结果表明,不同砧木对"醉金香"葡萄长势、产量、品质等均有显著影响。醉金香/华佳8号"小脚"现象不明显,叶面积最大,叶绿素含量、单株产量、可溶性固形物含量均最高,可滴定酸含量最低;醉金香/SO4综合表现次之,而醉金香/贝达"小脚"现象明显,生长弱,单株产量和可溶性固形物含量最低,可滴定酸含量最高。综上,不同砧穗组合的葡萄生长及品质表现由好到差分别为:醉金香/华佳8号,醉金香/SO4,醉金香/贝达。

摘  要:
In order to understand the influence of different root stocks on grape growth and fruit quality, ‘Zuijinxiang' grape was grafted onto three root stock varieties, ‘Beta', ‘Huanjia 8', and ‘SO4' and its performance was investigated. The results showed that root stock had a significant influence on the growth, yield, and fruit quality of ‘Zuijinxiang' grape. Among three scion/rootstock combinations, Zuijinxiang/Huajia8 showed no obvious overgrowth above or below the graft union and had the largest leaf area, highest chlorophyll content, and highest yield. Fruits from these grapes contained the highest soluble solid content and the lowest titratable acid content. The performance of Zuijinxiang/SO4 was poor. Zuijinxiang/Beta showed obvious overgrowth above the graft union, weak growth vigor, lowest yield and the fruit quality was the worst with the highest titratable acid content. The order for the growth and fruit quality of the three scion/rootstock combinations from the best to the worst was Zuijinxiang/Huajia8>Zuijinxiang/SO4>Zuijinxiang/Beta.
