RNAi机制及在植物中应用的研究概述

摘  要:
RNA干扰即RNAi,通过外源或者是内源的dsRNA在细胞内诱导同源序列基因表达受到抑制的现象。自从RNAi现象在20世纪90年代中期被发现以来,很快就成为生物化学与分子生物学研究的焦点。文中简要介绍了RNAi在不同水平上的主要作用机制、特点和关键因子的结构与作用,以及在植物抗逆、功能基因、植物育种、植物抗病、植物营养、果实保鲜等方面的应用研究,以期为RNAi在植物中的深入研究提供参考。

摘  要:
RNA interference(RNAi)in cells is an inhibitive phenomenon which is induced by expression of homologous sequence gene through exogenous or endogenous dsNA.Since the discovery of RNAi phenomenon in the mid 1990s,it has become the focus of biochemistry and molecular biology.This article briefly introduces characteristics,key factors and main action mechanism of RNAi in different levels,and application researches on plant stress resistance, function gene,plant breeding,plant disease resistance,plant nutrition,fruit freshness preservation,and so on,which can provide reference for further researches on RNAi in plant.
