刀-屑摩擦对残余应力分布影响的模拟分析

摘  要:
刀屑之间的摩擦对金属切削成形表面的残余应力有显著的影响。金属切削过程的有限元模拟,摩擦建模是关键问题之一。传统的研究方法一般采用平均摩擦因数,与实际情况不符,使模拟失真。本文提出多项式摩擦模型,对刀屑接触表面进行较为真实的模拟,并把结果与平均摩擦因数法作了比较,同时分析了不同摩擦模型对残余应力的影响

摘  要:
Taking the average coefficient of friction in conventional approach obviously simplified the complex contact conditions between tool rake face and chip. To simulate more actual friction instance, a polynomial model of friction was employed in this paper. By comparing the results with those from the conventional approach, the analysis of the influence of different friction model upon the residual stresses was performed. Based on the simulation results, the conventional friction model must be improved to get more precision characteristics of residual stress distribution.
