‘金煌’芒果摘袋前后果皮部分生理指标的变化分析

摘  要：
[目的]研究芒果摘袋前后果皮生理指标变化。[方法]通过对金煌芒果摘袋前后果皮中的多酚、可溶性多糖、叶绿素、花色素苷、类胡萝卜素等生理指标进行分析。[结果]摘袋前后多酚含量呈下降趋势,可溶性糖含量升高,叶绿素含量下降,总类黄酮含量上升,花色素苷和类胡萝卜素含量升高。[结论]光照对芒果果皮色泽和部分生理指标有影响。

摘  要：
[Objective] The aim was to study the change of physiological indexes in Jin Huang Mango before and after bags removal. [Method] The polyphenols and soluble sugar, chlorophyll, anthocyanin, carotenoid, and other physiological indexes of the peel were analyzed. [Result] The content of polyphenol and chlorophyll showed the downtrend, but the soluble sugar, total flavonoid and anthocyanin and carotenoid showed rising trend. [Conclusion] The light was the important index of the colour of mango peel.
