环模式秸秆压块机模具有限元分析及锥角优化

摘  要:
针对秸秆压块机主要构件环模失效问题,根据压块机的工作原理及加热方式,应用SolidWorks和Abaqus软件完成4种不同锥角组合式环模模头的建模与静力学分析,得到了不同锥角时模头模具的应力与变形分布规律,分析了模具中间位置沿轴向和纵向路径的应力和变形趋势以及锥角对成型品质的影响。结果表明,锥角为20°时模具具有较好的工作性能,为环模进行结构优化提供了依据。

摘  要:
The ring die which has the failure problem is the main component of the straw briquetting machine.According to a straw machine's work principle and heating mode,using the software of Solidworks and Abaqus to complete modeling and static analysis of four different cone angle of the combined ring die to obtain the stress and deformation distribution of the die head.By analyzing stress and the deformation trend along the axial and vertical path of the middle position of the ring die and the influence of cone angle on forming quality.Results show that when the cone angle of 20°,the die has good working performance,provide the basis for the ring die structure optimization.
