秸秆含水率对压块机功耗的影响

摘  要:
秸秆含水率是影响压块成型的重要因素之一。为了提高秸秆压块产品的生产率,降低压块机的功率,本试验以玉米秸秆为试验物料,选取5个水平含水率,在9YK-0.4D秸秆压块机进行试验。采用CLHGM-1型应变式压力传感器测取压块机工作时压辊把物料从环模孔压出时的最大挤出力,在电机上安装E6B2-CWZ3E型号的增量型编码器,通过变频器获取压块机消耗的功率。试验结果表明,物料含水率为29%时压块机消耗的功率较小,草块成型较好且密度较高。

摘  要:
Moisture content of the straw is one of the factors that influence the cuber formation,for the sake of improve the productivity and decrease the power,take corn straw as materiel,choose five different levels of moisture content,experiment on the machine of cuber formation 9YK-0.4D.Get the maximal squeeze force through strain gauge sensor when the machine is working.Moreover,fix increment style coder(E6B2-CWZ3E)at the motor,get the power through transducer.The experimentation result indicate that when the moisture content is 29%,the power of the cuber formation is lower,the hasty block molding is preferably and the density is higher.
