摘  要:
针对薄壁零件高速铣削过程中的加工振动问题,利用薄板小挠度弯曲的规律,建立薄壁零件高速铣削加工振动模型,开发一套加工振动测试系统,经过大量实验,获取有效抑制薄壁零件高速铣削加工振动的合理参数,提出若干条加工条件的改进措施,为进一步研究薄壁零件加工振动规律奠定必要基础。

摘  要:
As to the problem of cutting vibration in high-speed milling of thin-walled components,the vibration theory of cantilevered thin-wall beam is applied,the chatter molded of high-speed milling of thin-walled components was quilted,and a system was established for treating cutting vibration.After a lot of experiments,reasonable parameter for effectively restraining high speed milling chatter was obtained,and several improvements to machining technology were proposed.All these work lays a reliable foundation to the further studies on the chatter rules of thin-walled components.
