机械式多功能精密排种器的设计

摘  要:
针对窝眼轮式排种机构 ,因种子受挤压堵塞窝孔 ,易造成缺苗断垄的问题 ,采用下种时在排种孔底部给以机械推力 ,克服窝孔堵塞的问题。研究推导出能平稳啮合于排种孔中的推种齿曲面方程。将精密排种与外槽轮常规排种组合在一个排种盒中 ,一机多用。能精密播种大、中、小粒种子和常量播种大、中粒种子。台架测定排量稳定性变异系数及种子破损率符合标准要求。田间试验 ,对油菜播量控制达 1.5 kg/ hm2 ,出苗均匀整齐。

摘  要:
Being aimed at the structure of a cell wheel owing to the entrance of the cell wheel was blocked, thus making the scarcity of seeds and breaking the ditches of the field, being adopted the mechanized pulling force at the bottom of the multiple hollows during the period of time for spreading the seeds in the field settling out the problem of the hole blocked. An available steady level of the curved surface of equator for spreading seeds should be studied and recommended. Combining the precision spreading seeds and the wheel outside regularly grow a series of into the seed-boxed. A machine with multiple usage was developed. The precision energy can take the task for spreading seeds in big, medium and small sizes at the same as common energy in big and medium sized seedlings. The force to spread grains of seeds from the frame of performan ce can be proved that the stability of the changeable coefficient and the rate o f the broken seed can be demanded up to the standards. As a result of experiment of the field, the area for growing rape and the controlling energy to plant rap e have been reached 1.5 kg/hm2. The growth of the rape is an even emergence of seedlings.
