一种新型免耕播种机的设计

摘  要:
在传统免耕播种机的基础上进行了改进,完成了对免耕播种机开沟器、排种器以及秸秆粉碎装置的设计。设计的开沟器实现了侧肥深施,解决了目前种肥混施带来的伤种问题,并在开沟器的下面安装了深松铲,在播种之前完成深松,更有利于种子的萌发;设计的窝眼轮式排种器降低了投种高度,有利于提高播种均匀性,可以根据播种量对窝眼的大小进行调整;设计的秸秆粉碎装置实现了灭茬、秸秆粉碎和还田,同时解决了旋耕刀轴易缠草的问题。

摘  要:
The article finished the design of the opener,seed sowing device and straw crushing devices based on the traditional no-tillage hole-sowing planter.The designed deep side fertilizing opener solved the problem of hurting seeds by mixing the seeds and manure.Under the opener fixed the sub-soiling shovel which is good for the seed germination.The designed nest eye wheeled device reduced the height of the seeds throw which is good for the uniformity of the sowing.It can adjust the size of nest eye on the basis of the seeding rate.The designed straw crushing devices not only completed the stubble plowing,straw crushing and returned into field,but also solved the spin plow knife shaft was twined easily.
