华阴市作为西部唯一的城郊型国家社会发展综合实验区，是我国西部大开发的排头兵。本文在分析华阴市渔业发展现状、存在问题和发展潜力的基础上，提出了华阴市进一步发展渔业的对策措施和政策建议。

摘  要：
Huayin, being the sole national social developmemtal overall－experimental district of suburban style, is the soldier at head of a procession in west－development strategies in China．Based on brief description of the present situation,problems and latent developmental capacity of fishery production in Huayin, Xhanxi province, some further sustainable development countermeasures and advisable policies on its were put forward．
