荧光素及其合成的研究进展

摘  要:
在生物发光体内,荧光素作为直接释放光子的物质和能量的传递物质在荧光素酶发光体系中发挥着不可或缺的作用。现在已知的荧光素种类繁多,不同来源的荧光素在结构、性质与合成上大不相同,荧光素在生物体内的生成问题是目前研究的焦点。为了更清楚的认识荧光素在体内的生物合成与起源问题,本文对几种主要荧光素的结构性质和有关其生物合成研究的最新报道进行综述。

摘  要:
Luciferin,as the light-carrier substance or the energy-transfer substance,plays an indispensability role on the luminescent system of luciferase in the biology illuminant.Now the known species of luciferin was variety,which had large differences on structure?property and synthesis.At present the research is focus on the biosynthesis of luciferin.In order to understand the biosynthesis and origin of the luciferin,the paper will summarize both historical and recent data on the structure?property and the biosynthesis of the main luciferin.
