灵芝发酵覆盆子生产总黄酮的培养基优化研究

摘  要:
以灵芝和覆盆子为试材,通过L18(37)正交实验设计对灵芝发酵生产覆盆子黄酮基础培养基进行了优化研究。结果表明:灵芝发酵生产覆盆子黄酮的基础培养基组合为葡萄糖20g/L,黄豆粉15g/L,玉米粉50g/L,酵母膏1.0g/L,KH2PO40.9g/L,MgSO4·7H2O 0.2g/L,VB10.01g/L,此培养基条件下,灵芝发酵覆盆子后黄酮含量达到4.58mg/g,与对照组(不接种灵芝)相比含量提高96.57%。

摘  要:
Taking Ganoderma and Rubus idaeus L.as materials,the culture medium and fermentation conditions of Ganodermabefore extraction of total flavnoid fromRubus idaeus L.were optimized through the L18(37)orthogonal experimental design.The results showed that the optimal medium composition(g/L)were Glucose 20g/L,Oybean powder 15g/L,Corn flour 50g/L,Yeast extract 1.0g/L,KH2 PO4 0.6g/L,MgSO4 ·7H2 O 0.2g/L,VB1 0.01g/L;under these conditions,the content of total flavonoids was 4.58mg/g,which revealed a 96.57%increase compared with the control group(without the inoculation of Ganoderma).
