秸秆反应堆对温室环境及嫁接茄子耐冷生理的影响

摘  要:
以嫁接茄子为试材,采用内置式秸秆反应堆方法,研究了在不同秸秆使用量条件下秸秆反应堆对温室环境及嫁接茄子耐冷生理指标的影响。结果表明:以667m~2添加秸秆量6 500kg处理表现最优,与对照相比温室内气温和地温分别提高了1.35~3.38℃和1.54~1.92℃,CO_2浓度提高了168~233μL·L~(-1);此外,667m~2添加秸秆量6 500kg处理显著增强了茄子叶片超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶等保护酶的活性,提高脯氨酸、可溶性糖等保护性物质含量,降低茄子叶片丙二醛含量,并且显著提高根系活力。综合来看,667m~2添加秸秆量6 500kg的秸秆反应堆能够改善温室环境条件,增强茄子耐低温性能,具有很好的推广应用价值。

摘  要:
The grafted eggplants were used as test materials to study the effect of different used amount of straw about straw reactor by the way of inner-placed straw reactor on greenhouse environment and physiological indexes of chilling tolerance of grafted eggplant.The results showed that the treatment of C by using straw 6 500 kg per 667m~2 was the best.Compared with CK,the temperature of air and soil in greenhouse of using straw 6 500 kg per 667m~2 respectively raised 1.35-3.38℃and 1.54-1.92℃ CO_2 concentration of using straw 6 500 kg per 667m~2 showed an increase of168-233μL·L~(-1).The treatment of using straw 6 500 kg per 667 m~2 significantly enhanced enzyme activities of superoxide dismutase,catalase,peroxidase,improved content of proline and soluble sugar,reduced content of MDA in grafted eggplant leaf,and markedly improved the activity of root.On the whole,the straw reactor of using straw 6 500 kg per 667m~2 had good popularization using value which could improve greenhouse environment,enhance chilling resistance of eggplant.
