摘  要:
【目的】探究温度对药用植物桃儿七(Sinopodophyllum hexandrum Royle)无菌苗诱导及其生长特性的影响.【方法】以桃儿七成熟种胚为材料,研究不同温度(15、22和30℃)下无菌苗诱导率及其试管苗生长特性.【结果】15℃下种胚成苗率(61.91%)分别为22℃和30℃的1.2和1.5倍;15℃相对22℃较有利于植株生长,处理90 d后,地上部分高度、根茎长度、茎和根直径、鳞茎和根数、地上部分和根茎鲜质量与干质量、叶绿素含量均不同程度增加,其中,15℃单株鲜质量或干质量叶绿素a和叶绿素b含量相对22℃均达到1.2倍以上.【结论】相对低温有利于无菌苗诱导及试管苗生长,该研究结果将为桃儿七组织或细胞的快速繁殖提供技术参考.

摘  要:
【Objective】 To investigate into the effect of temperatures on embryo growth characteristics of Sinopodophyllum hexandrum Royle.【Method】 The mature seed embryos were used as material.The seedling inducing rate and growth characteristics were assayed in vitro under different temperatures(15,22 and 30 ℃).【Result】 The seedling inducing rate was 61.91% at the 15 ℃,which was 1.2 and 1.5-fold compared with that at 2 ℃ and 30 ℃.A greater plant growth was observed at the 15 ℃ after 90 d compared to the 22 ℃,with an increase of aerial parts height,root length,diameter of stem and root,number of bulb and root,fresh and dry weight of aerial parts and roots.The chlorophyll content after 90 d was over a 1.2-fold increase of chlorophyll contents(a and b) on both fresh and dry weight at the 15 ℃ compared to the 22 ℃.【Conclusion】 Relative low temperature is beneficial to seedling induction and growth.The findings will provide a technical support for rapid propagation of tissues or cells of S.hexandrum.
