基于GARP生态位模型的珍稀植物桃儿七适生区与生境分析

摘  要：
桃儿七[Sinopodophullum hexandrum(Royle)Ying.]是我国传统珍稀药用植物,现已处于濒危状态,被列为国家三级保护植物。利用获得的143个桃儿七地理分布记录和24个环境图层,通过GARP生态位模型分析了桃儿七在我国潜在地理分布,结果表明:桃儿七的适宜生境在我国的总面积为692627.20 km2,该物种生长区域狭窄,对环境要求苛刻,主要分布在我国西部的青海、甘肃、四川、云南、宁夏、陕西以及西藏境内次生植被丰富、地形复杂的高海拔地区。

摘  要：
Sinopodophullum hexandrum(Royle) Ying is a rare and endangered traditional medical plant in China,and it was listed as the national third-level protected plant.According to 143 geographical distribution records of Sinopodophullum hexandrum and 24 environmental map layers,we analyzed the potential geographical distribution of this rare plant in China through using GARP niche model.The results showed that the suitable habitat area of Sinopodophullum hexandrum in China was 692627.20 km2,its growth areas were very narrow,and this species was very strict to growth environment.Sinopodophullum hexandrum distributed mainly in Qinghai,Gansu,Sichuan,Yunnan,Ningxia,Shaanxi and the high-altitude areas of Tibet with rich secondary vegetation and complex terrain.
