稀硫酸处理促进辐照芒草木质纤维素酶解糖化条件的优化

摘  要:
[目的]考察稀硫酸对辐照芒草木质纤维素酶解糖化的促进作用。[方法]选取400 kGy60Coγ-射线辐照过的芒草,在不同浓度硫酸、处理时间及温度下对其进行水解,再用300 U/g纤维素酶处理96 h,测定还原糖含量。[结果]试验表明,经400 kGy60Coγ-射线辐照过的芒草在5%硫酸浓度下90℃水浴4 h,还原糖含量为60.33 mg/g;再将酸处理过的辐照芒草残渣用300 U/g的纤维素酶酶解,还原糖含量可达278.38 mg/g(以辐照芒草质量计算),两步处理总还原糖为338.71 mg/g,表明5%的硫酸可明显促进辐照芒草木质纤维素酶解糖化。[结论]研究可为辐照芒草木质纤维素酶解糖化工艺提供参考依据。

摘  要:
[Objective] To investigate the promotion effect of dilute H2SO4on enzyme decomposition saccharify of lignocellulose from Chinese silvergrass treated by irradiation.[Method] This experiment selected Chinese silvergrass of 400 kGy60Coγ-ray irradiation,disposed it by 300 U/g celluase at 96 h,the reducing sugar content was determined.[Result]The results showed that the concentration of 5% H2SO4at 90 ℃ for 4 h,the reducing sugar production was 60.33 mg/g.Then collected the residue by H2SO4treatment to 300 U/g enzyme decomposition saccharify,the reducing sugar production was 278.38 mg/g(calculate it in Chinese silvergrass treated by irradition).The total reducing sugar production was 338.71 mg/g by these two steps,that was to say 5% H2SO4could improve enzyme decomposition saccharify of lignocellulose from Chinese silvergrass treated by irradiation.[Conclusion] The study can provide reference basis for enzyme decomposition saccharify of lignocellulose from Chinese silvergrass treated by irradiation.
