辽宁部分地区番茄晚疫病菌生理小种及抗病性鉴定

摘  要：
将番茄材料Ts19、Ts33、W.Va700、L3708和LA1033作为鉴别寄主,对辽宁省沈阳、新民、岫岩的番茄晚疫病菌的6个菌株进行了生理小种鉴定,结果共鉴定出3个生理小种,即生理小种T0、T1和T1,2。引进的抗病材料CLN2037G、CLN2037H对辽宁地区番茄晚疫病菌生理小种T1,2表现为抗病,抗性明显优于当地材料。辽宁当地主栽品种对晚疫病没有抗性,全部枯死。

摘  要：
Five tomato lines,TS19(ph+),TS33(ph-1),W.Va 700(ph-1,2),L3708(ph-3,4)and LA1033(ph-5),were used as differential hosts to identify the physiological races of six Phytophtora infestans strains collected from Shenyang,Xinmin and Xiuyan of Liaoning province.Three races of T0,T1 and T1,2 were found out.Two breeding lines of CLN2037G and CLN2037H were resistant to race T1,2.Eight breeding lines and five varieties planted in Liaoning province were all susceptible to physiological race T1,2.
