鸡血藤种源试验和优良种源初步选择研究

摘  要:
在广东省从化市进行鸡血藤地理种源试验,通过对四年生不同鸡血藤种的地径粗、主藤条长、总灰分含量、乙醇浸出物含量、总黄酮含量等评价性状的测量分析,研究不同种源的地理差异。结果表明,不同地理种源鸡血藤各性状指标的排序差异明显。利用多目标决策方法进行地理种源评价,初步选择出广西贺州1、广西贺州2、广东梅州3个密花豆的优良地理种源,云南大理、云南楚雄2个崖豆藤的优良地理种源,湖南长沙1的常春油麻藤优良地理种源,为进一步推进鸡血藤良种选育奠定了基础。

摘  要:
The experiment was established in Conghua city of Guangdong province by assessing the differences in stem diameter,the main cane length,total ash,ethanol extract,total flavonoids for 4-year-old Spatholobi caulis. The results indicated that there were obvious differences among the stem diameter,the main cane length,total ash,ethanol extract,and total flavonoids.Multiple objective decision analysis showed diverse results. For Spatholobus suberectus Dunn,three superior geographical provenances were selected with the method of multiple objective decision,one from Hezhou1 of Guangxi and the other two from Hezhou 2 of Guangxi and Meizhou of Guangdong;For Millettia tsui,two superior geographical provenances were selected,one from Dali of Yunnan and the other from Chuxiong of Yunan;Mucuna sempervirens was the superior geographical provenances from Changsha 1 of Hunan,which laid the foundation for further promoting the quality cultivation of S. caulis.
