民国吴江县市镇的工商业结构——兼论“专业市镇”与“非专业市镇”的差别

摘  要：
本文利用吴江县1934年与1950年代初各市镇的工商业调查资料,对两个时期的市镇工商业结构了详细的分析。结果显示,专业市镇的数量是极为有限的,作为大多数的中小市镇,并不具有专业生产的特征,只是起一个与周边农村之间的商品交换与服务中心的作用。专业市镇与非专业市镇的差别,可以清楚地从一个镇的工商业资本额、贸易额与从业人数反映出来。

摘  要：
Making full use of the surveying datum in 1934 and the early 1950s, this article makes a detailed analysis on the structure of the industry and commerce of towns in Wujiang. The result shows that many medium and small towns are centers for the exchange of commodities and services between the town and its surrounding area, and the number of special towns is limited. The difference between the special towns and the non-special ones can be clearly reflected by the amount of capital and trade and the number of the people who are engaged in a town's industry and commerce.
