珠江三角洲地区城市土地集约利用评价

摘  要:
城市土地集约利用是解决当前城市存量土地严重不足的必然途径。本文综合运用层次分析法和特尔菲法建立四层指标评价体系,为了避免过分强调集约发展对环境造成破坏,特别增加了可持续利用因素层,通过对珠江三角洲九个城市土地集约利用情况测度,结果显示珠三角城市土地利用集约度水平呈现由经济地理中心向外围递减的特征,主要的影响因素是城市地理区位、既定产业结构、经济发展水平、产业结构调整、旧城区改造和土地出让体制改革。

摘  要:
Land intensive use is a necessary and important approach to deal with the problem of supply shortage of urban land facing most cities currently in China.A three-layer evaluation index system is established in this paper to measure urban land use intensity,the factor of land sustainable use are specifically considered in the index system in order to avoid the negative affection of environment deterioration if land development intensity are excessively emphasized.The method is applied in Pearl River Delta region,the evaluation results show that urban land use intensity decreases from the central to the peripheral area in the region,which are considered to be mainly caused by factors such as geographical location,industrial structure,economic development level,industrial structure adjustment,old city renovation and land remising system reform.
