摘  要:
从 偏凸山羊 草硬 粒小麦双 二倍体后 代中选择 低染色体 数单株,然 后用系谱 法继续选择 ,获得了一个遗传上较稳定的 2n= 46 的抗病株系⒚回交分析和核型分析都证明,该株系的遗传组成 中保留了完整的硬粒小麦的 A 和 B 染色体组,而偏凸山羊草的 D 和 M 组染色体仅得到部分保留⒚

摘  要:
A genetically relatively stable plant line with 2 n =46 was produced by pedigree selection to the lower chromosome number progeny from the amphidiploid of Aegilops ventricosa and Triticum durum Genomic analysis and preliminary karyotype indicated that genome A and B from T durum were totally remained in these target plants, while chromosomes from genome D and M of Ae ventricosa were partly lost
