脱氮硫杆菌及其在水产养殖中的应用

摘  要:
利用反硝化技术净化养殖水体污染的研究日益受到重视,而脱氮硫杆菌作为反硝化细菌的一个主要类群则越发被关注。该文在阐述养殖水体中亚硝酸盐和硫化物积累对养殖生态造成的影响以及脱氮硫杆菌的生长特性和自养反硝化原理的基础上,着重介绍了脱氮硫杆菌在分子生态学水平的应用研究进展,并对其在水产养殖上的应用进行了展望。

摘  要:
Water purification by denitrifying technology was critically important for successful operation of aquaculture system,and T.denitrification was paid more attention as a major group of the denitrifying bacteria.The detrimental effects of nitrite and sulfide to the breeding ecological were analyzed.The growth characteristics and autotrophic denitrifying principle of T.denitrification were described.The application of T.denitrification in molecular ecology was introduced emphatically.The potential application of T.denitrification in aquaculture was described as well.
