提高淘汰西门塔尔和荷斯坦奶牛优质肉比例的研究

摘  要:
选取20头西门塔尔、20头荷斯坦淘汰奶牛按照体重和品种随机分5个组,其中4个试验组1个对照组,在全舍饲条件下进行不同饲喂方式、不同饲喂量、不同营养调控剂、不同能量水平的育肥试验,正试期为60 d。试验结果为,西门塔尔奶牛对照组平均日增重0.99 kg,屠宰率43.53%,净肉率31.61%,肉骨比2.65∶1,试验1组相应为1.23 kg,59.27%,44.15%,4.69∶1,试验2组相应为1.22 kg,57.40%,45.44%,4.98∶1。试验组与对照组相比平均日增重、屠宰率、净肉率均有提高。根据我国牛肉胴体产量等级评定标准,试验1、2组均达到一级标准。而对照组只达到三级标准。试验3、4组没有做屠宰实验,但是平均日增重分别比对照组提高34%和38%。荷斯坦奶牛没有进行屠宰性能分析,但试验1、2和3组平均日增重分别比对照组提高26.92%,17.31%和19.23%。表明合理的饲喂方式、饲喂量及营养调控剂能够提高育肥效果,增加优质肉的比例。

摘  要:
Twenty head of Simmentaland and twenty head of Holstein culling cows were randomly selected,which were divided into 5 groups,the 4 groups of which were test ones and one group of which was control one,on the basis of the body weight and breed.They were raised in the stock barn,with different breeding method,different breeding quantities,different nutrition addition agent and different energy level.The deadline for the test was 60 days.The test results indicated that the mean daily body weight of Simmentaland cows of control group was increased by 0.99 kg,the dressing percentage was 43.53%,neat percentage was 31.61%,the ratio of meat to bone was 2.65∶1.According to test group 1,the test data were 1.23 kg,59.27%,44.15% and 4.69∶1 respectively;According to test group 2,the test data were 1.22 kg,57.40%,45.44% and 4.98∶1 respectively;By comparison of the test groups and control group,the mean daily body weight,dressing percentage and neat percentage were all increased.Based on the rank evaluate standard of our country beef carcass grade,test group 1 and test group 2 both achieved first rank standard.However,the control group achieved third rank standard.The mean daily body weight of test groups 1,2 and 3 were 26.92%,17.31% and 19.23% more than the control group.It indicated that reasonable breeding method,breeding quantity and nutrition addition agent could help to improve fatten effect.
