不同营养成分对桉蝙蛾高毒力球孢白僵菌生长的影响

摘  要:
研究了不同氮碳源及微量元素对2株桉蝙蛾高毒力球孢白僵菌生长的影响,结果表明,水解乳蛋白及蛋白胨均有显著促进白僵菌生长的作用,无机氮源均有不同程度抑制白僵菌生长的作用,其中(NH4)2SO4的抑制作用最强;不同碳源对菌株B-36生长促进作用不明显,葡萄糖具有显著促进菌株B-46生长的作用,甘露、葡萄糖、乳糖均能促进2个菌株产孢,蔗糖、阿拉伯树胶能明显促进B-36产孢,却对B-46产孢具有抑制作用;微量元素Al显著促进2个菌株的生长,而微量元素B具有促进两个菌株产孢的作用。

摘  要:
The influence of microelements and different sources of carbon and nitrogen on the growth of high toxicity Beauveria bassiana of Endoclyta signifer Walker was studied. The results showed that Lactalbumin hydrolysate and peptone play significant roles in promoting the growth of Beauveria bassiana while inorganic nitrogen could inhibit its growth,and( NH4)2SO4had the strongest inhibitory effect. Different carbon sources did not have significant promoting effect on the growth of B-36,and glucose could significantly promote the growth of B-46. Nectar,glucose and lactose could promote sporulation of these 2 strains,sucrose and Arabia gum could significantly promote sporulation of B-36,while they had inhibitory effect on the sporulation of B-46. Aluminum had obvious promoting effect on the growth of 2 strains,while Boron could significantly promote sporulation of 2 strains.
