酸水解法测定午餐肉中脂肪含量的微型实验研究

摘  要:
对"GB/T5009.6-2003食品中脂肪的测定"中第二法—酸水解法测定午餐肉脂肪含量方法进行了微型化设计和改进。实验结果表明,改进后的微型化实验方法不仅简便、省时,节约了大量的化学药品,减少乙醚的排放,提高了实验室的安全系数,而且微型实验结果令人满意。

摘  要:
It was a microscale experiment design and improved study for the determination of fat in luncheon meat by acid-hydrolysis method based on acid-hydrolysis method which was the second method‘GB/T 5009.6-2003 determination of fat in food’. The result showed that the microscale experiment was not only simple、time saving、 chemicals saving but reduced pollution of ether and had a higher laboratory safety factor. It was satisfactory as the experiment of college analytical chemistry.
