东北不同生态条件对大豆杂交后代的选择效应

摘  要:
以5个大豆杂交组合的F_2~F_5代为材料,连续4年在东北三省8个试验点按当地的高产育种目标进行选择,于F_5代每个地点从每一组合中决选出1个高产品系,各地共计决选出40个优良品系,并在上述8个地点以同一方案进行两年生态试验,以便分析生态条件对大豆杂交后代的选择效应。试验结果表明,在不同生态条件下,各地都选出了适合当地生态条件的生育期类型,在不同肥力条件下,各地都选出了适合当地生态条件的百粒重和抗倒伏性品系;组合B在多数试点都表现产量较高,各试点从中选出的品系都产量较高,说明一个好组合在不同地点都可选出好的品系;各试点选出的品系基本上是适应当地生态条件的生态类型,各试点从每一组合决选的品系在当地种植比其他试点从同一组合决选的品系于产量位次上居高的比较多,这进一步说明大豆育种只有在一定的生态条件下进行,方可获得良好的效果。

摘  要:
Five soybean crosses were made and F2-F5 generations of these crosses were planted at eight locations across the three Northeast provinces. One best line was selected from each cross at each location and total 40 best lines were obtained through successive selections in accordance with the local breeding objectives for high yield. These lines were tested at above mentioned locations simultaneously over two years with the same experimental design to study the effect of various ecological conditions on selection of progenies of soybean crosses. The results showed that lines with local-adapted growth period were selected at each location and there were obvious differences in 100 seeds weight and lodging resistance among the lines selected at locations differing in soil fertility. As a whole, the yield of lines from cross B was higher in the most locations. This indicated that fine lines could be obtained from a fine cross at various conditions. Lines selected at each location were basically adapted to the local ecological conditions and ranked higher in yield than those selected from the same cross at other locations when planted under the local conditions. This suggest that a soybean breeding progamme can achieved good results only under given ecological conditions.
