粘红酵母好氧反硝化特性研究

摘  要:
为了探索养殖水体中亚硝酸盐降解的方法,研究了粘红酵母好氧反硝化的特性。通过摇瓶试验,确定粘红酵母好氧反硝化的最适条件为:pH值4.0,温度30℃,转速200 r/min;最适的碳源物质为柠檬酸钠,其最适碳氮比为360∶1。在亚硝酸钠初始浓度为40 mg/L及上述最适条件下,亚硝酸盐降解率可达99.26%。

摘  要:
To find better ways to degrade nitrite in waters of aquaculture,the characteristics of aerobic denitrifying of Rhodotorula glutinis was studied.By using shake-flask culture for 24 hours,the optimum conditions were determined as follows,pH of 4.0,temperature of 30℃,rotation speed of 200 r/min.Sodium citrate was more suitable as carbon source and the optimum carbon-nitrogen ratio was 360∶1.Under above optimal conditions and initial concentration of sodium nitrite was 40 mg/L,the degradation rate of nitrite reached 99.26%.
