摘  要：
【目的】探讨玉米秸秆、甘蔗稍与木薯渣混贮饲料对育肥肉牛生产性能及经济效益的影响,为在肉牛产业化生产中应用推广这一技术提供理论依据。【方法】选择、膘情和毛色一致的30头本地黄牛为试验对象,随机分为2组,每组3个重复,分别以微贮甜玉米秸秆(CK组)和玉米秸秆、甘蔗稍与木薯渣混贮饲料为试验组(Ⅰ组)进行进行为期120d育肥试验。【结果】玉米秸秆、甘蔗稍与木薯渣混贮饲料育肥肉牛,平均日增重达826.50g,比单独饲喂微贮玉米秸秆平均日增重提高1.67%;试验组的头均日增重成本比对照组减少5.69%,头日净增益比对照组高2.23元。【结论】在肉牛育肥阶段应用米秸秆、甘蔗稍与木薯渣混贮饲料,能提高肉牛采食量、屠宰率、净肉率和经济效益,在一定程度上达到降低饲养成本、扩大饲料来源、提高养殖业经济效益的目的。

摘  要：
【Objective】Study on the effect of fattening beef cattle by the storage feed of maize straw, sugar cane stick and cassava dregs, provide the reference for technological promotion of beef cattle industrialization.【Method】Selecting 30 local cattle of same condition as test object, and randomly divided into 2 groups, three repetition for each group, as the group of feed by sweet corn stove as control, while feed of maize straw, sugar cane stick and cassava dregs as test group, the test period last for 120 days.【Results】The test results show that, compare with control, the test group increase weight 1.67% per day.【Conclusion】In the stage of beef cattle fattening, application of maize straw, sugar cane stick and cassava dregs, realize the follows achievement:reduce feed costs, expanding feed source, improving economic efficiency of breeding.
