摘 要：
目的:研究柴芍口服液的临床推荐剂量。方法:通过对阴性对照组、阳性对照组、不同剂量的柴芍口服液组进行不同的给药方式处理,以便获得最佳的临床推荐剂量。结果:分别在饮水中添加0.5%、1.0%的柴芍口服液(以体积计算),对四氯化碳(CCl_4)所致实验鸡肝损伤有显著的缓解效果。结论:柴芍口服液具有防治CCl_4所致实验鸡肝损伤的功效,且柴芍口服液临床推荐剂量为在饮水中添加0.5%,连续投药7 d。

摘 要：
To study the recommended dosage of Chaishao oral liquid. Method:The optimal recommended dosage was obtained through different groups and different methods of administration,including negative control group,positive control group,different doses of Chaishao oral liquid groups. Results:The results showed that when 0.5% and 1% Chaishao oral liquid were added to drinking water,the therapeutical effect was the most obvious on liver injury of experimental chickens by CCl_4. Conclusion: Chaishao oral liquid had the obvious effect on preventing and treating CCl_4-induced liver injury in experimental chickens,and the recommended dose of Chaishao oral liquid was 0.5% in drinking water for 7 consecutive days.
