摘 要：
The content of paeoniflorin in Chaishao Oral Liquid was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The column was Zorbax SB C18(4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase was acetonitrile+0.05% phosphoric acid solution(14∶86), the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the column temperature was 35℃,and the detection wavelength was 230 nm.Under these conditions,the quality control of Chaishao Oral Liquid could be achieved by the verification of precision,stability,repeatability and rate of recovery.
