红豆营养保健价值及在饮料工业中的应用进展

该文介绍了红豆的营养保健价值,分析了红豆中的一些生物活性成分皂角甙、红豆酮纤体素、红豆蛋白、红豆多糖等所具有调节血压、抗氧化、利尿消肿、平衡人体内分泌等作用功效,重点阐述了红豆中功能成分在饮料中的应用以及红豆在饮料工业中的应用进展,并对其未来发展前景做了简要分析,旨在为红豆保健饮料的研发提供理论依据。

摘  要:
The health function about ormosia was presented.The active compounds containing in ormosia such as sa-ponins alopecurone ormosia protein and polysaccharides have the function of regulating blood pressure,antioxida-tion,diuresis,detumescence and balance the endocrine.Emphasize the application of functional components in ormo-sia and its application in the beverage industry.Analyze the future development of ormosia and provide the theoreti-cal basis for the development of ormosia health beverage.
