利用体外产气法评价葡萄籽对高蛋白日粮体外发酵的影响

摘  要:
为了探讨葡萄籽对高蛋白日粮体外发酵的影响,试验将葡萄籽按高蛋白日粮的5%、10%、15%、20%、25%、30%进行添加,通过体外产气发酵试验,测定在0,1,2,4,6,8,10,12,16,18,24,36,48,72小时时的产气量及消化率。结果表明:当葡萄籽添加量为高蛋白日粮的20%时产气量最大,消化率最高。说明20%葡萄籽添加水平可以提高高蛋白日粮中营养物质的消化率。

摘  要:
To investigate the effect of grape seed on the in vitro fermentation of high protein diet,the grape seeds were added at levels of 5%,10%,15%,20%,25% and 30% to the high protein diet. The gas production and the digestibility at different time points was measured,including 0,1,2,4,6,8,10,12,16,18,24,36,48 and 72 h,respectively. The results showed that when the additive amount of grape seeds was 20% of the high protein diet,the gas production was the largest,and the digestibility was highest. The results indicate that the additive level of 20% grape seeds can improve the digestibility of nutrients in high protein diet.
