不同栽培年限马蓝的药用成分含量

摘  要:
为探明马蓝栽培年限与其主要药用成分含量的关系,为其推广种植和采收提供理论依据,以福建3个马蓝种质资源为研究材料,采用高效液相法和苯酚-硫酸法分别测定了栽培1a、2a和3a的马蓝地上部和地下部靛玉红、靛蓝和多糖的含量。结果表明:不同的栽培年限马蓝的药用成分含量差异显著。其中,栽培1a马蓝的靛玉红和靛蓝含量较高,分别达332.78μg/g和1 440.41μg/g;栽培2a时多糖含量较高,达19.40%。

摘  要:
In order to explore the relationship between the planting-age and the content of medicinal ingredients of B.cusia,and to provide a theoretical reference for planting and harvesting of B.cusia.Taking the three different germplasm resources as the research materials,the contents of indirubin,indigo and polysaccharides in overground and underground part of B.cusia at 1year,2years,3years were determined by HPLC method and phenol-sulfuric acid method respectively.The results showed that there were significant difference between the contents of medicinal ingredients in B.cusiain different planting age.The contents of indirubin and indigo in B.cusia were relatively high in the first year,which reached332.78μg/g and 1 440.41μg/g respectively.The contents of polysaccharides were relatively high at the second year,up to 19.40%.
