低温胁迫下文山辣椒的抗氧化能力及其与花色苷含量的非相关性

摘  要:
以云南文山州主栽辣椒品种‘ZSZ75-1’‘ZSZ49-1-1’‘12WS-18-1’‘12ZH01’和‘ZS130’为试材,在冰水模拟低温胁迫下,用分光光度法研究了叶片的抗氧化酶比活力及总花色苷和丙二醛(MDA)含量,并用隶属函数法分析了叶片的综合抗氧化能力。结果表明:在低温胁迫下,5个辣椒品种叶片可溶性蛋白质含量特征为‘12WS-18-1’>‘12ZH01’>‘ZS130’>‘ZSZ49-1-1’>‘ZSZ75-1’,过氧化氢酶(CAT)比活力为‘ZSZ75-1’>‘ZSZ49-1-1’>‘12ZH01’>‘12WS-18-1’>‘ZS130’,过氧化物酶(POD)比活力为‘ZSZ75-1’>‘ZS130’>‘ZSZ49-1-1’>‘12WS-18-1’>‘12ZH01’,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)比活力为‘ZS130’>‘12WS-18-1’>‘ZSZ49-1-1’>‘12ZH01’>‘ZSZ75-1’,MDA含量为‘ZSZ75-1’>‘ZSZ49-1-1’>‘12ZH01’>‘12WS-18-1’>‘ZS130’,综合抗氧化能力为‘ZSZ49-1-1’>‘ZS130’>‘12WS-18-1’>‘12ZH01’>‘ZSZ75-1’,总花色苷含量为‘ZSZ75-1’>‘ZSZ49-1-1’>‘12ZH01’>‘ZS130’>‘12WS-18-1’。此外,5个辣椒品种叶片总花色苷和MDA含量间均达差异极显著水平,而CAT、POD和SOD比活力间均未达差异显著水平。因此,低温胁迫下,文山辣椒叶片的抗氧化能力与其花色苷含量无关。该研究可为文山州辣椒品种耐低温性的评价和耐低温新品种的选育提供参考。

摘  要:
The specific activities of the antioxidases and total anthocyanin and MDA contents of the leaves of the five main Capsicum annuum cultivars including ‘ZSZ75-1'‘ZSZ49-1-1'‘12 WS-18-1'‘12 ZH01'and‘ZS130'cultivated in Wenshan prefecture,Yunnan Province under the low temperature stress simulated by icy water were studied by using spectrophotometry,and the comprehensive antioxidant capacity of the leaves was evaluated by using subordinate function.The results showed that,under the low temperature stress,the soluble protein contents of the leaves of the five cultivars was as,‘12 WS-18-1'>‘12 ZH01'>‘ZS130'>‘ZSZ49-1-1'>‘ZSZ75-1',CAT specific activities was as,‘ZSZ75-1'>‘ZSZ49-1-1'>‘12 ZH01'>‘12 WS-18-1'>‘ZS130',POD specific activities was as,‘ZSZ75-1'> ‘ZS130'> ‘ZSZ49-1-1'> ‘12 WS-18-1'> ‘12 ZH01',SOD specific activities was as,‘ZS130'>‘12 WS-18-1'>‘ZSZ49-1-1'>‘12 ZH01'>‘ZSZ75-1',the MDA contents was as,‘ZSZ75-1'>‘ZSZ49-1-1'>‘12 ZH01'>‘12 WS-18-1'>‘ZS130',the comprehensive antioxidant ability was as,‘ZSZ49-1-1'>‘ZS130'>‘12 WS-18-1'>‘12 ZH01'>‘ZSZ75-1',and the total anthocyanin contents was as,‘ZSZ75-1'> ‘ZSZ49-1-1'> ‘12 ZH01'> ‘ZS130'> ‘12 WS-18-1'.Furthermore,the differences among the total anthocyanin and MDA contents of the leaves of the five cultivars all reached the extremely significant levels,whereas the differences among the specific activities of CAT,POD and SOD did not reach the significant difference levels.Thus,under low temperature stress,the leaf antioxidant ability of the C.annuumcultivars cultivated in Wenshan prefecture was not related to the leaf anthocyanin contents.This study could provide a reference for the low temperature toleranceevaluating and the selection of the new low temperature tolerant cultivars of C.annuumin Wenshan.
