立式茎秆切碎装置主要性能参数的试验研究

摘  要:
利用设计的模拟田间作业的立轴式玉米茎秆还田装置试验台,研究了行进速度、刀盘转速、喂入位置、玉米茎秆直径等因素对切碎效果的影响。研究结果表明:该立轴式玉米茎秆还田机在所需的拖拉机的行进速度为0.6~0.8 m/s、动刀盘的转速为1 550~1 600r/min、茎秆的喂入位置靠近定刀部位时的切碎效果最好。

摘  要:
By the simulated field operation,the effects of tractor speed,the rotational speed of cutter head,feeding position,and stalk diameter on the cutting effect of maize stalk chopper with vertical shafts were studied.The results showed that the best cutting effect was achieved under the tractor speed of 0.6-0.8 m/s,the cutter rotationary speed of 1 550-1 600 r/min and with the stalk feeding position being close to the bed knife.
