圆盘式玉米茎秆切割试验台的设计与切割过程分析

摘  要:
研制了圆盘式玉米茎秆切割试验台,模拟了玉米等茎秆的切割过程。同时,介绍了试验台的结构与工作原理,并借助于高速摄影装置对玉米茎秆切割过程进行了试验和分析。试验表明,该试验台操作方便、数据可靠、工作可靠,是研究圆盘式茎秆切割器切割性能的有效装置。

摘  要:
Disc type corn stalk cutting test equipment was developed to simulate the corn stalks cutting process.In this paper,the equipment's structure and working principle were introduced,and the corn stalks cutting process was studied with high-speed photography.The test show that this cutting test equipment is reliable,convenient and efficient when be used to study stalk cutting performance.
