双歧乳酸杆菌对矮象草青贮品质和效果的影响

摘  要:
为了探讨双歧乳酸杆菌(Bifidobacterium and Lactobacterium)添加剂对矮象草(Pennisetum pur-pureum cv.Mott)青贮发酵的影响,在矮象草中分别添加1%、3%、5%的双歧乳酸杆菌添加剂混合物进行青贮。常温下青贮30d开封,取样测定青贮矮象草的发酵品质和化学成分及青贮效果。结果表明,添加双歧乳酸杆菌显著提高了青贮料中的乳酸/乙酸比值(P<0.05)及乳酸、水溶性碳水化合物、干物质和粗蛋白的含量,同时明显降低了pH值、乙酸和总挥发性脂肪酸的含量,中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维也有一定的下降趋势。随着双歧乳酸杆菌添加剂添加量的增加,会进一步提高矮象草的青贮品质和青贮效果。

摘  要:
This study is conducted to evaluate the effects of Bifidobacterium and Lactobacterium additive on the fermentation qualities and the chemical constituents of Pennisetum purpureum cv.Mott silage.Bifidobacterium and Lactobacterium additive was added to P.purpureum cv.Mott to be ensiled.The different additives ratio of different treatment as follows,1%,3% and 5%(the ratio of wetness in ensiled P.purpureum cv.Mott).After ensiled for 30 days in the normal temperature,the ensiled P.purpureum cv.Mott was sampled to test the fermentation quality,chemical constituents and ensiled effects.The experiments showed that Bifidobacterium and Lactobacterium additive significantly increased the ratio of lactic acid/acetic acid and the contents of lactic acid and water soluble carbohydrate(P<0.05),and significantly decreased the pH values,the contents of acetic acid and total volatile fatty acids.The contents of neutral detergent fiber(NDF) and acid detergent fiber(ADF) tended to decrease in silages.It is concluded that as the rate of additive increases,the ensiled quality and effect of P.purpureum cv.Mott will be further increased.
