双齿围沙蚕精子的超显微结构研究

摘  要：
[目的]对双齿围沙蚕精子的外观形态以及内部的超显微结构进行观察。[方法]采用扫描电镜和透射电镜技术对双齿围沙蚕精子的超显微结构进行观察。[结果]双齿围沙蚕的精子结构为鞭毛型,精子由头部、中部和尾部3部分组成,其精子全长为22～23μm,头部长度为2.8～2.9μm,宽度为1.6～1.7μm,顶体长度为0.9～1.0μm。双齿围沙蚕精子的头部外形呈倒状且尖锐的"漏斗"形,可见顶体膜,且膜内有一根柱状的亚顶体腔,腔内分布着大小不一的丝状体及一些细小颗粒。在顶体下方的细胞核内部充满染色质,是整个精子中密度最高的部分。双齿围沙蚕精子中部的线粒体为卵圆形,数量为5～6个。尾部呈现鞭毛型,而轴丝为典型的"9+2"结构。[结论]该研究可为双齿围沙蚕的人工繁育提供理论依据。

摘  要：
[Objective] To observe the appearance form and internal ultra-structure of Perinereis aibihitensis sperm. [Method] The ultra-structure of P. aibihitensis sperm was observed by using scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscopy technology. [Result] The sperm structure of P. aibihitensis was flagellated.The sperm was consisted of three parts: head, middle and tail,the length of the sperm was about 22-23 μm, the head length was about 2.8-2.9 μm, and the width was about 1.6-1.7 μm,the acrosome length was about 0.9-1.0 μm. The sperm head had the appearance of circular cone, the inverted "funnel" glyph.The acrosome membrane was visible and had a subglottic cavity,there were filaments and some fine particles in the cavity,the nucleus beneath the acrosome was full of chromatin,it was the densest part of the whole sperm.There was 5-6 ovoid-shape mitochondria of the middle sperm,with crests of crimp.The sperm tail showed flagellum shape and had the typical axoneme structure of"9+2"model.[Conclusion] The research could provide theoretical basis for artificial breeding of P.aibihitensis.
