多组学技术在奶牛瘤胃代谢以及泌乳生理研究中的应用

摘  要:
相比传统的研究方法,组学技术从更加基础和全面的角度来研究生物学问题,并对物质代谢的分子生物学规律及机制进行解析,在生命科学等领域发挥着重要的作用,并得到越来越多的应用。到目前为止,组学技术已广泛应用于奶牛营养生理研究中,而多组学联合应用研究也受到越来越多的关注。因此,本文主要围绕多组学技术联合应用在奶牛瘤胃代谢、泌乳生理等方面的研究现状进行综述,为奶牛科学的研究以及奶牛健康高效养殖提供理论支持。

摘  要:
Compared with traditional technologies,Omics technology researches biological issues from a more basic and comprehensive point of view,and analyzes molecular biology rules and mechanisms of substance metabolism.Omics technology plays an important role and is increasingly utilized in life sciences. Till now,Omics technology has been widely used in the research of dairy cow nutrition and physiology,and multi-Omics combination used in researches has been attracted more and more attention. Therefore,this paper mainly focused on the application of Omics technology in rumen metabolism,lactation physiology of dairy cows,thereby providing theoretical supports for the research of dairy science and the improved healthful and efficient feeding of dairy cows.
