2015—2035年中国水产品需求展望

摘  要：
在分析当前中国水产品消费需求现状的基础上,通过建立需求模型对未来中国水产品需求量进行模拟。结果显示,2035年中国水产品需求量将达到10 588.47万t,约为2011年的1.8倍,其中鲜活水产品和加工水产品食用需求均有较大的增幅,将分别达到4 429.24万t和3 785.99万t。

摘  要：
Based on the analysis of current consumption demand of aquatic products, the authors made use of demand model to simulate future demand of aquatic products in China. Results suggested that in 2035, China's demand quantity for aquatic products would reach 105.88 million tons, about 1.8 times of that in 2011, of which fresh and processed aquatic products food-use demand would both experience a big increase, reaching 44.29 million tons and 37.86 million tons respectively.
