摘  要:
FOXL2是最早影响脊椎动物卵巢分化的转录因子,其与芳香化酶及SOX9基因相互作用,在脊椎动物的性别决定方面有很大影响。为此,阐述了FOXL2的结构及其生物学功能,并着重介绍了FOXL2与脊椎动物性别决定关系的最新研究进展。

摘  要:
The gene FOXL2 is a transcription factor that can effect vertebrate ovaries differentiation at the early time,which through Aromatase and SOX9 to make an indirect influence at the vertebrate sex determination.In this review,the structure and biological function of the FOXL2 gene and its relationship to sex determination of vertebrate were summarized.
