“棘毒净”治疗大白鼠小花棘豆慢性中毒的效果

摘 要：
【目的】小花棘豆(O.glabra)属于棘豆属(Oxytropis DC.)的一种,是我国西北地区主要的有毒植物。家畜的小花棘豆中毒给当地的畜牧业带来了巨大的经济损失。在构建大白鼠小花棘豆慢性中毒模型的基础上,验证"棘毒净"对大白鼠小花棘豆中毒的解毒效果。【方法】大白鼠腹腔注射该药后,对大白鼠的脏器系数、饲料利用率、血液学、血液酶学、内脏器的组织学进行考察。【结果】保护组血液MCH、WBC、MCV、MCHC普遍高于中毒组,AST、ALP活性及血清肌酐值较中毒组下降。【结论】"棘毒净"对大鼠起到一定的保护作用,对大鼠的肝肾脏起到一定的保护作用。

摘 要：
【Objective】O.glabra belongs to Oxytropis DC plants,which grows in the northwestern area of China.Detoxication of domestic animal from eating O.glabra causes enormous economic loss for local livestock farming.In this research,we succeeded in constructing chronic toxicity model,which validates the detoxication effect.In the protection groups,"Jidujing" can put off the intoxication time of albino rat for 5 days.The numerus of MCH,WBC,MCV and MCHC was higher than those of the poisoned groups,which showed that "Jidujing" could protect the albino rat poisoned by O.glabra invariably.Besides,AST,ALP and creatinine were lower than those of the poisoned groups,which proved that "JIDu-ing" could protect the liver and kidney of the albino rat.
