摘  要:
"东北、内蒙古重点国有林区森林资源管理情况检查"项目至今已经实施了25 a。从技术发展角度来看,可以划分为两个阶段:(1)1991—2007年,传统的地面"现地踏查结合抽样检查"的工作方式阶段;(2)2008年至今,RS和GIS技术在项目中深入应用阶段。经过多年的实践证明,采用传统的管理手段已不能满足林业生产发展,而GIS技术可以及时、快速准确地获取森林资源的各种数据,为森林资源管理和决策提供优质高效的服务。从项目实施过程来看,GIS技术应用可归纳为:"信息采集—数据存储—技术分析—制图输出"过程。文章旨在通过分析项目实施中的GIS关键技术环节,提出有效的方法和策略,为提高项目的工作效率服务。

摘  要:
The project of investigating the situation of forest resources management at the key stateowned Forest farm in Northeast and Inner Mongolia has been implemented for 25 years. From the perspective of technology development, it can be divided into two stages:(1)the first was that traditional field survey combined with sample investigation from 1991 to 2007.(2)RS and GIS have been widely used in the project since 2008. Many years' practice has proven that traditional management means cannot meet the development of forestry. GIS can get a variety of forest resources timely, quickly and accurately, and provide high-quality and efficient services for forest resources management and decision-making. According to the implementation of the project, GIS can be summarized as a process: " information collection-data storage-technology analysis-mapping output". This paper aims to propose effective methods and strategies to improve the work efficiencyby analyzing the key technology of GIS in the implementation of project.
