过硫酸钾在水质总氮测定中的影响

摘  要:
总氮是评价水质环境的重要指标,也是反映水体富营养化程度的指标之一,得到环境监测部门越来越多的重视。在碱性过硫酸钾消解紫外分光光度法测定总氮方法中,过硫酸钾的运用至关重要。通过研究,选用高纯度的过硫酸钾,和氢氧化钠分开配制、冷却后再混合定容,水浴温度控制在60℃以内,试剂临用现配,能很好地保证分析结果的准确度。

摘  要:
Total nitrogen is an important index to evaluate the water quality and environment,and also one of the indicators to reflect the degree of eutrophication of water body,so it has attracted more and more attention of environmental monitoring departments.The application of potassium persulfate is very important to the determination of total nitrogen by alkaline potassium persulfate ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The results showed that,it could be ensure the accuracy of the analysis results in the following conditions :using high purity potassium persulfate,preparing separately from sodium hydroxide,mixing and volumetric setting after cooling,controlling the temperature of water bath within 60 ℃,and preparing the reagent on the sopt.
