摘  要:
过氧化物酶(POD)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性均与烟草品种抗野火病呈正相关。抗感品种健康植株的多酚氧化酶、过氧化物酶活性差异不显著,苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性差异显著。抗感品种接种后POD活性在12,16d出现两次高峰,PPO活性在10,14d出现两次高峰,PAL活性在10,16d出现两次高峰。

摘  要:
The activity of POD, PPO and PAL had close relation with the resista nt or susceptible squash cultivars.The activity of POD and PPO wasn′t distinctl y different between the healthy leaves of resistant cultivars and the susceptibl e one, and the activity of PAL was distinctly different. The activity of POD eme rged three higher points in12, 16 d after inoculation, the activity of PPO emerg ed two in 10, 14 d after inoculation., the activity of PAL emerged two in 10, 16 d after inoculation.
