红树内生菌CⅢ-1对黄羽肉鸡生产性能和免疫功能的影响

摘  要:
为研究红树内生菌(CⅢ-1)对黄羽肉鸡生产性能、免疫器官发育及血液免疫指标的影响,选取1日龄黄羽肉鸡240只,分为4组。分别饲喂4种日粮,对照组(Ⅰ组)饲喂基础日粮,试验组(Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组)饲喂的日粮分别在基础日粮的基础上添加0.05%、0.15%、0.45%的红树内生菌,试验期为21d,分别测定黄羽肉鸡平均日增体质量、器官指数、血清IgA等指标。结果显示,试验Ⅳ组与对照组相比,黄羽肉鸡平均日增体质量显著增加11.6%、料重比显著降低7.6%;胸腺指数和法氏囊指数增高,脾脏指数显著增加56.4%;血清中IgA、IgG、IgM含量分别提高25.7%、18.5%、3.1%,血液总蛋白含量、白蛋白含量、白球比值分别提高19.0%、18.1%、30.3%,但差异均不显著。表明,日粮中添加红树林内生菌可显著提高黄羽肉鸡饲料转化率和生产性能,提高免疫器官指数。

摘  要:
To investigate the effect of endophytic marine bacterium CIII-1from mangrove on growth performance,development of immune organ and immune indices in yellow-feather broilers,240 1-day-old yellow-feather broilers were randomly assigned to 4treatments.Four dietary treatments were compared in the supplementation endophytic marine bacterium CIII-1with levels of 0%(control,Ⅰ),0.05%(Ⅱ),0.15%(Ⅲ)and 0.45%(Ⅳ)for 21d.The average daily gain,organ index,IgA were determined.The results showed that compared to the control group,the average daily gain ofⅣ group increased by 11.6%,feed weight ratio decreased by 7.6%;thymus index and bursal index increased,spleen index significantly increased by 56.4%;content of IgA,IgG and IgM increased by 25.7%,18.5%and 3.1%,respectively;contents of TP,Alb,Alb/Glo were increased by 19.0%,18.1%and 30.3%,respectively.This indicates that CIII-1increased the feed conversion rate,the growth performance and immune organ index of yellow-feather broilers.
