太子参多糖对福瑞鲤部分非特异性免疫功能和抗病力的影响

摘  要:
应用分离纯化的太子参多糖伴料投喂福瑞鲤(FFRC Strain Common Carp),分析其对福瑞鲤非特异性免疫功能的调节作用和抗病力的影响。试验共分5个组,第1组投喂基础饲料作为空白对照组,第2~5组分别投喂在基础饲料中按质量比添加0.1%、0.2%、0.3%、0.5%太子参多糖的太子参多糖饲料。连续投喂35d后,测定各组福瑞鲤血液中血清溶菌酶(LZM)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、补体C3,以及对嗜水气单胞菌(Js70322NA)的抗病力。结果表明:与空白对照组比较,0.1%太子参多糖试验组的血清LZM含量显著增加(P<0.05),其他3个太子参多糖试验组血清LZM含量极显著增加(P<0.01);各剂量组血清SOD、AKP活性均高于对照组,且剂量等于或高于0.2%太子参多糖试验组的血清SOD差异显著(P<0.05);剂量等于或高于0.2%太子参多糖试验组的AKP活性差异极显著(P<0.01);各太子参多糖试验组ACP活性、补体C3含量与对照组相比,均极显著增加(P<0.01);福瑞鲤攻毒结果显示,剂量为0.3%和0.5%的太子参多糖试验组免疫保护力最高,数值为54.55%。说明太子参多糖对福瑞鲤的非特异性免疫功能有增强作用,能提高其抗病力,建议在基础饲料在添加0.3%的太子参多糖为最佳。

摘  要:
Dietary supplement of polysaccharides fromRadix pseudostellariae was studied to determine its effect on the partial non-specific immune function and disease resistance in FFRC strain common carps.The fish were randomly divided into 5groups,including Group 1fed with basic diet as control,and Groups 2to 5with formulated diet containing 0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,and 0.5% of the polysaccharides,respectively.After feeding for 35 d,the content of lysozyme(LZM)and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD),acid phosphatase(ACP),and alkaline phosphatase(AKP),as well as the content of serum complement C3 in the blood of the carps were analyzed.A challenge test was conducted by infecting the carps with Aeromonas hydrophila.The results showed that LZM in Group 2increased significantly(P<0.05),while the other treatment groups increased extremely significantly(P<0.01),as compared to control.The SOD and AKP activities in the treated fish were higher than those of control.SOD in the carps of Group 3,4and 5were significantly higher(P<0.05),and AKP extremely significantly greater(P<0.01),ACP and serum complement C3 extremely significantly higher(P<0.01)than those of control.Fish in Group 4and 5showed significantly lower mortality against the A.hydrophilainfection than control,with an averaged relative survival rate of 54.55%.It appeared that the polysaccharides could enhance the non-specific immunity and disease resistance of the carps,and that the best result achieved with a supplementation of 3 000mg·kg~(-1) in the diet.
