直流电场对铜绿假单胞菌PKE117产酶及降解性能的影响

摘  要:
研究了铜绿假单胞菌Pseudomonas aeruginosa PKE117在直流电场作用下的生长、产酶情况以及电场对其木块降解率的影响。结果表明,在5mA,10mA和20mA的弱直流电场条件下,不同的电流强度对菌体的生长没有显著影响,但是弱电场可改变细胞通透性,从而改变了PKE117的胞外酶类型及产量,在10mA下PKE117对长白落叶松的降解率到达最大值,为6.98%。

摘  要:
Stimulation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa PKE117 by low direct current were studied,such as growth,pH changes and enzyme production.The results showed that different low current intensity had no significant impact on the growth of bacteria.However,enzyme production was increased.Degradation rate of wood reached the maximum value of 6.98%at 10 mA.
