温度对毛蚶、文蛤和青蛤潜沙能力的影响

摘  要:
将壳长(1.00±0.09)cm的毛蚶Scapharca subcrenata、(1.50±0.08)cm的文蛤Meretrix meretrix和(1.00±0.09)cm的青蛤Cyclina sinensis置于粒径251~500μm的沙质中,水温控制在5℃、9℃、13℃、17℃、21℃和25℃,比较不同水温下这三种贝类的潜沙时间和12h的潜沙率。结果表明:随水温的升高,三种贝类潜入沙中所需的时间逐渐缩短,潜沙率升高。毛蚶、文蛤、青蛤分别在水温25℃、21℃和17℃时潜沙所需时间最短。不同水温下,毛蚶12h的潜沙率非常接近,为86.7%~100%。文蛤在21℃下12h的潜沙率最高(69.3%),25℃次之(61.7%),5℃最低(31.3%),5℃与17℃、21℃、25℃相比,潜沙率差异显著(P<0.05)。21℃时青蛤的潜沙率最高(83.3%),17℃次之(72.4%),均显著高于5℃和9℃下(P<0.05)。

摘  要:
Arca subcrenata Scapharca subcrenata with shell length of(1.00 ± 0.09)cm, and clams Meretrix meretrix with shell length of(1.50 ± 0.08)cm and Cyclina sinensis with shell length of(1.00 ± 0.09)cm were put in substrate with 251~ 500 μm sand particles at water temperature of 5 ℃, 9 ℃, 13 ℃, 17 ℃, 21 ℃ and 25 ℃ to investigate effects of temperature on burrowing time and burrowing rate in 12 hours. The results showed that the burrowing time required was found to be reduced and the burrowing rate was increased as raising water temperature. The minimal time requirement for burrowing was observed at 25 ℃ in arca subcrenata, 21 ℃ in Meretrix meretrix, and 17 ℃ in Cyclina sinensis. There was the similar burrowing rate(86.7% ~ 100%)in arca subcrenata within the experimental temperature. In Meretrix meretrix, the maximal burrowing rate(69.3%) in 12 hours was found at 21 ℃, followed(61.7%)at 25 ℃ and the minimal burrowing rate at 5 ℃ with significant difference between 5 ℃ and higher temperature(17 ℃, 21℃ and 25 ℃)(P < 0.05). The Cyclina sinensis had the maximal burrowing rate(83.3%)at 21 ℃, followed(72.4%)by 17 ℃, significantly higher than those at 5 ℃ and 9 ℃(P < 0.05).
