枇杷不同品种果实形态结构的比较及其与耐贮藏性的关系

摘  要:
研究福建省5个主栽枇杷品种果实在20℃贮藏条件下的果实耐贮藏性和其形态结构特征。结果表明,解放钟枇杷果实最耐贮藏,乌躬白、早钟6号、长红3号枇杷果实次之,白梨枇杷果实最不耐贮藏。不同品种的枇杷果实在果皮及角质层厚度、锈斑、果面茸毛密度、果粉、外表皮胞层及排列、果肉质地、外皮层细胞大小及排列、石细胞大小和分布、内皮层胞层及排列等形态结构方面均存在差异,各具特征。枇杷果实果皮及角质层厚,果面茸毛密生,果粉厚,外表皮胞层多排列紧密,果肉质地致密,石细胞大且多分布在果肉表层附近,外皮层胞层多密集为耐贮运枇杷果实的特征。

摘  要:
The storability among 5 loquat(Eriobotrya japonica Lindl.) varieties,the chief cultivars in Fujian Province,were compared and studied.The results showed the storability of ‘cv.Jiefangzhong’ was the best and that of ‘cv.Wugongbai’,‘cv.Zaozhong 6’ and ‘cv.Changhong 3’ was the second,third and fourth,respectively.The storability of ‘cv.Baili’ was the worst.The morphology and structure of the fruits among these 5 loquat varieties in Fujian Province were observed and compared.The results indicated that there were apparent differences in the thickness of pericarp and cuticular,rusty spot,density of floss and fruitpowder on fruit surface,cell layer of exocarp and arrangement,texture of flesh,stone cell size and distri-bution,cell layer of endocarp and arrangement among the varieties.It was pointed out that the characteris-tics of loquat fruits for the durable storage were thick pericarp and cuticle,thick pulp,dense floss andthick powder covering the fruit surface,more cell layer of exocarp and close arrangement,big stone-celldistributed nearby the pulp surface layer,more cell layer of exodermis and close arrangement.
